KATHMANDU: Eight former chairmen and general secretaries of the Nepal Students’ Union — Chandra Bhandary, Dhan Raj Gurung, Govinda Bhattarai, Umesh Jung Raymajhi, Biswo Prakash Sharma, Keshav Singh, Gagan Kumar Thapa and Basudev Koirala — have issued a joint appeal urging people to defy government restrictions.
