Four more mishap victims’ bodies identified
Chitwan, July 20:
Fifteen of the 16 persons killed in the road mishap at Chandi Bhanjyang-5 on Narayangarh-Muglin section of the highway yesterday have been identified so far.
Chitwan district police office said four persons killed in the accident were identified today.
Padam Bahadur Saru (20) of Chhahara-9 in Palpa, Ram Bahadur Thapa (27) of Palpa, Sher Bahadur Thapa (27) of Rudrapur-8 in Rupandehi, and Laxman Ale (42) of Kailali were identified today, police said.
Twenty-seven persons were injured in the mishap. Eight of the injured are still undergoing treatment, while the rest have returned home after treatment, police said. Two were sent to Kathmandu, four are undergoing treatment in Bharatpur Hospital and two others are being treated in Chitwan Medical College’s teaching Hospital. Three persons are said to
be missing.
