BAGLUNG: Press Chautari Nepal in Baglung has honoured journalist Ram Bahadur GC with the Press Chautari Working Journalist Award. The award carries a purse of Rs 10,000.

Mayor of Baglung Municipality Janakraj Paudel presented the award to journalist Paudel amidst a programme organised in the district on the occasion of 20th establishment day of Press Chautari Nepal.

GC is the editor of Baglung-based Dhaulagiri Jagaran Daily and had already served as the chair of the Baglung-chapter of Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ).

According to Chautari district chair Umakant Sharma, seniority, activeness and contribution were criteria for the selection of awardee.
