CHITWAN: Rastra Kavi Madhav Prasad Ghimire opposed the idea of a federal structure of Nepal on the basis of ethnicity saying that it would create the risk of fragmentation of the country.

Speaking to journalists Tuesday morning he stressed on intensive discussions among the stakeholders before taking decisions. He also emphasised on unity and consensus among the political parties. Ghimire said the dispute among the political parties at present is an outcome of the political transition.
