DADELDHURA: A five-year-old girl has gone missing after being swept away by a local river in Dadeldhura on Saturday.

Karishma Bhul of Mastamandau-6, who had gone to the Sakayal River for fishing, was swept away as soon as she ventured into the swollen river, police said.

Local people, however, rescued eight persons who had accompanied Bhul for fishing.
