Gold price in the domestic market fell by Rs 800 per tola on Thursday, dipping back to the rate recorded two days earlier.
According to the Federation of Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is now being traded at Rs 253,300 per tola, the same price seen on Tuesday. Prices had climbed to Rs 254,100 per tola on Wednesday.
Silver price also declined, falling by Rs 30 per tola. Silver is trading at Rs 3,625 per tola, down from Rs 3,655 per tola on Wednesday.
