The government has announced a nation-wide public holiday on Sunday.
In a press release issued by the Home Ministry today, the government informed that a public holiday has been announced on occasion of Ram Nawami to be marked tomorrow.
As per the statement, all government and public offices will remain shut on Sunday.
Rama Nawami is a Hindu spring festival that celebrates the birthday of diety Rama, who is revered as the seventh avatar of Vishnu.
