Historic spring in Kaski being developed as next tourism rendezvous

POKHARA: Lying on the northern edge of Kaski district, a promising historic spring is expected to attract tourists in the upcoming days.

The spring is located in Kangmang locality of Dhachok VDC–1.

The spring, locally known as Bhume God and Tatopani, is being shored up with cement walling and embellished with 21 taps. Also a pond will be constructed with the shrine of Lord Shiva at the centre.

The development of the religious site had begun with an assistance of Rs 200,000 from the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation and Rs 100,000 from the District Development Committee.
