Hydrology-Meteorology dept issues flood-alert to Saptari, Sunsari residents
KATHMANDU: The Flood Forecasting Section of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has issued alert messages to people residing near Koshi river bank in the districts of Sunsari and Saptari.
