BHOJPUR: Police have confiscated a tractor with illegal sal (Shorea robusta) wood from Urlabari Municipality-4 in Morang district on Sunday.

The police team led by SP Ram Bahadur Khadka of Area Police Office of Urlabari impounded the tractor (Me 1 Ta 2794) with 17.92 cubic foot illegal wood.

Police had found various-sized woods covered by tarpaulins on the parked vehicle at a roadside.

Police handed over the tractor with the wood to the Forest Office of Mangalbare for further actions.
