PHIDIM: The second phase of vaccination campaign against measles and rubella started in Panchthar from Sunday.

The second phase of the campaign organised with the initiative of district health office started off from the constituency No 1.

According to Dr Pawan Sah of Panchthar District Hospital, a total of 24,452 kids will be immunised in the second phase.

Earlier, the first phase of campaign had been launched in 21 VDCs of Constituency No 2 from February 17 to 21.

A total of 299 health workers have been deployed for the campaign in the district.
