Indian man held with 5 kg hashish from Birgunj Customs Office
KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a man in possession of five kg hashish from the Birgunj Customs Office in Parsa district on Friday.
A team deployed from the Armed Police Force Revenue and Customs Security Squad had nabbed Ram Babu Prasad (29), who claims to be from Sikta Bazar in India.
According to the APF, Prasad was on his way to India from Nepal when the team arrested him.
He has been handed over to local police along with the seized contraband for further action.
