KATHMANDU:  A banana-laden Indian truck has been torched  in Chaurha of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City in Rupandehi district on Friday.

The truck has been partially damaged in the flames.

According to SP Buddhi Gurung of Rupandehi District Police Office, the parked truck (UP 56 T 1601) has been torched.

The reason behind the attack is yet to be ascertained, informed police.
