KATHMANDU, MAY 29

Nepal's internet user density has reached 144.23 percent, according to the Economic Survey presented by Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel.

As of the end of Falgun 2081 (March 13, 2025), internet access has significantly expanded, reaching even general areas and supporting governance at all three tiers of government.

The survey also noted that broadband internet services are now available in 6,566 ward offices across the country, while 72 percent of households have access to digital television.
