POKHARA: Education Minister Giriraj Mani Pokharel said that the issue of demarcation of provincial boundaries would be resolved only through talks.

Talking to media persons in Pokhara on Wednesday, Pokharel said "The government is ready to settle the issue of demarcation of provincial boundaries. The leaders of United Democratic Madhesi Front should also be ready to resolve the issue through talks," the Education Minister said.

"The country should move ahead towards the path of prosperity by resolving the longstanding political issues," he added.

Stating that people have faith in the KP Sharma Oli-led government, Minister Pokharel said that this government would last for long.

"The KP Sharma Oli-led government will not topple at present. The government will move ahead by implementing the newly adopted Constitution," he said, adding,"The Nepali Congress will also help the government in every step to move forward."
