According to security officials, Upadhaya was never brought to Myagdi district.
Quoting Maygdi CDO Gyan Prasad Bhattarai, INSEC representative for Myagdi, Ghanshyam Khadka, told this daily that no one named Bheshnath Upadhaya was brought to the district till today.
