Jimmy Carter to visit again in Nov

Former US President Jimmy Carter, who made his first trip to Nepal in June, is scheduled to return here a week before the Constituent Assembly polls, scheduled for November 22. His wife Rosalyyn and other senior officials — Director of the Carter Centre Democracy Programme, Dr David Carroll, Associate Director David Potti, and the Senior Advisor to Carter, Peter Burleigh — at the Atlanta-based non-profit organisation are likely to accompany the former US president.
