JTMM-J free three persons
Rautahat, October 11:
Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha-Jwala Singh (JTMM-J) group today released three persons it had abducted three days ago from Dharampur village development committee ward number seven of Rautahat after they paid ransom.
Kul Prasad Gautam, Nilkantha Gautam and Jaya Prakash Gautam of Bhandara of Chitwan district were sleeping in Bijaya Chaudhary’s house in Dharampur of Rautahat district when they were abducted on Monday.
All of them were released at Pakaha across Bagmati river near Dharampur VDC at 1:30 pm today.
The trio reportedly paid Rs 300,000 as ransom to the JTMM-J cadres to secure their release.
Although JTMM-J district Rautahat district committee in charge Sher Singh, while talking to local mediapersons, denied hand in abduction.
But the family of the abducted persons was contacted for ransom by phone number 9855040108, victims’ family said.
The phone number is issued in the name of Sher Singh.
The JTMM-J group had earlier freed Jaya Prakash Gautam on the condition that he’ll bring the ransom money and give it to a local businessman to pass it on to them, a source claimed.
