KANCHANPUR: Police arrested a man with a home-made gun from Punarbas Municipality-7 of the district, on Thursday.

The arrestee has been identified as 43-year-old Yam Bahadur Shahi, informed the District Police Office, Kanchanpur.

A team deployed from the Area Police Office at Tribhuvanbasti also confiscated nine live bullets from him.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Kedar Khanal said that investigation into the incident was on.
