Central member of the Nepali Congress (Democratic) and president of the Nepal Tarun Dal, Bal Krishna Khand, has said Nepal, just like other countries in the world, could be ruled without the monarch. Inaugurating the second convention of the Nepal Taraun Dal, Kavre, he said the King himself, as the democrats are claiming, is saying that democracy and monarchy cannot go together hand in hand. In such a situation, the course of the democrats and the King should be separated.
