Pokhara, November 8:

The Land Plot Development Programme, which was to start last year at Birauta of Pokhara Sub-Metropolitan City, has not yet started because of delay on the part of authorities concerned and the users.

Chairman of Pokhara Valley Town Development Committee (PVTDC) Bishnu Bastola said authorities concerned did not show any commitment towards the programme resulting in its delay. However, PVTDC member secretary Bhawa Ratna Ranjitkar said the programme could not start on time because of the delay in formation of the User Committee.
