KATHMANDU: Government has urged the Nepal Tourism Board and tourism organisations for their support to make the 'Visit Nepal Year 2020' a success.

The government has decided to observe the year 2020 as Visit Nepal Year, envisioning to attract as many as 2 million foreign tourists to the country.

At a programme organised by the Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN) here Friday, TAAN President Nabaraj Dahal argued that the role of every sector would be crucial in making Visit Nepal Year 2020 a success.

President Dahal argued, "It is imperative to attract youths obtaining an education in tourism and hospitality sectors."
