KATHMANDU: A labourer died after being hit by a loader of the factory he had been working for, in Birgunj in Parsa district on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Shiva Shankar Sah (40), a labourer of the Bishwokarma Cement Factory located in Birgunj-24 in the district.

The incident occurred while the loader (Na 1 Ka 2375) hit Sah who was sleeping inside the factory compound at around 6 am on Sunday.

According to the District Police Office, Parsa, they have been searching the loader driver, who has fled the scene after the incident.
