Locals capture 4 Maoists

Residents of Kadamandau, Doti, captured four Maoists and handed them over to the District Police Office last evening. The Maoists were captured when they tried to force the villagers to participate in a programme. The locals overpowered them in a clash. Twelve villagers were injured, one seriously, when the Maoists detonated a socket bomb. Dan Bahadur Rawal, public relations officer at the National Investigation Department, Doti, confirmed the incident.
