Mad rush to worship Shivalinga gaining size
Biratnagar, June 9:
People have thronged to worship the Shivalinga at Potiama of Hattimudha VDC in Morang district after it started to grow bigger.
The Shivalinga, which was found in September 22, 2005, is two-and-half feet tall.
“It was found in the house of a local, Mahesh Kurmi. It was placed in a small hut after snakes started roaming near it and it started shining,” said Dhruv Chaudhari, chairman of Aamrupi Shivalinga Baba Jyoti Sewa Samiti.
“The Shivalinga is growing gradually. Third-eye also emerged in it on May 1,” said a priest, Asha Narayan Kurmi. “I have received relief from different diseases as I worshipped the Shivalinga,” said a social worker of Duhabi, Miliram Chaudhari.
