MAHENDRANAGAR, DHANUSHA: Nepali Congress (NC) Dhanusha has condemned the recent incidents of vandalism in Madhes targeting the houses of its lawmakers. The NC Dhanusha termed such violent activities of United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) chaotic. The President of NC Dhanusha, Ram Saroj Yadav accused the agitating Madhesis of targeting NC's local conventions after UDMF's agitation was weakened over the time. At a press conference organised by Nepal Press Union Dhanusha Chapter in Janakpur on Tuesday, the party president noted that the Morcha's attempt to foil the conventions of the NC is an outcome of extremist thought. NC Dhanusha came up with the reaction when local cadres of UDMF intensified violent activities before the houses of NC lawmakers for the past couple of days by announcing disruption of NC conventions at every level. The NC, however, has announced to hold its conventions from ward to central levels at any cost, NC Dhanusha President said.
