KATHMANDU: The alliance of Madhesi parties on Saturday decided to foil the local level elections scheduled for May 14.

Leaders of the United Democratic Madhesi Front s well as Federal Democratic Alliance constituents held a meeting in Kathmandu today to prepare their anti-election strategy.

The parties will resume their discussion tomorrow before holding a press conference to make public its agitation schedule.

The parties have been refusing to accept the new constitution amendment bill that the government brought in.
