KATHMANDU:

The three-day All-Madhesi National Political Convention concluded on Tuesday and demanded declaration of federal republic. Five Madhesi and ethnic groups, who took part in the convention, including the dissident faction of MJF, expressed their views on the declaration of republic and fully propositional electoral system.
