JHAPA:  Nepali Congress central member Ram Sharan Mahat on Sundayy accused the  government of committing blunder by deterring the constitution amendment  proposal at the House. Speaking to journalists in Damak of Jhapa, Mahat  said if the government had proceeded with the amendment proposal  proposed by his party, most of the demands put forth by the agitating  Madhesis would be addressed.
