DHANGADHI: A man has been arrested for killing his father and uncle in a fit of rage, Thursday evening, in Lamkichuha Municipality-4 of Kailali district.

Jahari Lal Chaudhary of Baliya village in the municipality has confessed to attacking his father, mother and uncle with a wooden plank inside locked doors for allowing his wife to visit her maternal home without informing him, according to Area Police Office, Lamki.

Chaudhary's father Chakra Tharu and uncle Paltu Tharu lost their lives in the incident while his mother sustained injuries to her head and left ear.

She is currently receiving treatment at Lamki based Lal Ratna Hospital.
