BHOJPUR: A man died after being swept away by the Judi River in Bhaudaha of Morang on Wednesday.

According to the Eastern Regional Police Office, Biratnagar, the deceased has been identified as Banulal Ranbansi.

Police said that incident occurred while he was crossing the river yesterday evening.

Police said that the body of Rajbansi was found downstream on the river bank.

Meanwhile, a man went missing after he was swept away by the Ghagi River.

Police said that Bishal Rishidev, son of Radhe Rishidev, of Rangeli-9 of Morang was swept away by the river at around 4 pm yesterday.
