PANCHTHAR: A man was found dead on the bank of local Labba River at Chayangthapu VDC of Panchthar on Monday.

The identity of the man who appeared to be in his mid-thirties is yet to be established, police said.

The body was taken to the district headquarters Phidim for autopsy after a team of security personnel deployed from Border Police Post, Chyangthapu carried out the preliminary investigation, police said.
