BHOJPUR: Police held a man with the stolen items of a temple in Uralabari Municipality-1 of Morang District on Wednesday night.

According to Eastern Regional Police Office, Biratnagar, the suspect has been identified as Kul Bahadur Bishwokarma of Itahari of Sunsari district.

Police said that Bishwokarma was detained with the stolen items during a regular security check.

Police further informed that the items were hidden under the seat of a rickshaw.

Police further said that four copper plates, two vessels, three bells, a water pump machine and a pan were seized from Biswokarma's possession.

He has been kept in the custody of Area Police Office, Uralabari for further investigation, police informed.
