Kathmandu, May 30:

The Maoist-affiliated National Regional Republican Federation (NRRF) will join the movement of Janajati bodies from tomorrow.

The NRRF has formed a three-member talks team led by Suresh Ale Magar to begin dialogue with the Nepal Federation of Indigenous Nationalities (NEFIN) and the Indigenous Nationalities Joint Struggle Committee (INJSC) to make the struggle more effective.

Hit Bahadur Tamang and Pawan Man Shrestha are the members of the talks team.

“We could have announced the protest programmes jointly, but we could not sit for talks earlier,” said Ale Magar, who is also a central committee member of the CPN-Maoist. In a release, the NRRF said it would lend moral support to Friday’s Nepal bandh called by the Janajati bodies.
