Maoists fear losing in polls: Nepal

Lalitpur, March 28:

UML general secretary Madhav Kumar Nepal today termed the CPN-Maoist a disguised revolutionary party and accused it of working to forge an electoral alliance with the pro-monarchists.

Addressing an election rally in Lalitpur constituency-1, Nepal said the Maoists were becoming nervous as the election draws nearer.

“The Maoists are carrying out anti-poll activities as they are nervous of losing the polls,” he said and alleged that although they have come to the peace process, the Maoists have not mended their behaviour.
