Maoists free 24 students
RAMECHHAP: The Maoists have set 24 students, who were abducted on May 16, free. The Maoists had abducted nine students each of the Chandeshwori Secondary School and the Janata Lower Secondary School and six students of the Tripureshwor Secondary School and taken them to different locations to indoctrinate them on Communism. However, the whereabouts of Man Bahadur Tamang and Sarke Tamang of Nagdaha-9, Kumar Bhujel of Khimti-1, Bishnu Prasad Ghimire, Bed Bahadur Shrestha and Bivek Shrestha of Khimti-8, Krishna Bahadur Burathoki and Bhim Bahadur Tamang of Tilpung and Himal Koirala of Narayan Dal of Ramechhap barracks, who were abducted by the Maoists, is not known yet. — HNS
