Maoist leader Mohan Baidya ‘Kiran’ today said the Maoists were ready to meet the demands of the kin of slain Ramhari Shrestha.

Talking to mediapersons after a function held by Gandaki Literature Sagam here today, he said, “We have already expressed commitment to punish the guilty. We will also meet the demands of the bereaved family and a high-level committee will be formed to probe into the killing and to bring the guilty to book.”

Ramhari Shrestha’s murder was matter of disgrace to the party, he said.
