RAJBIRAJ: The US-residing students from Madhes have extended financial support to the family of martyr Ananda Sah on Tuesday. Sah had got martyrdom in Maleth of Saptari district.

A total of Rs 25,000 collected with the initiatives of Madhesi Engineers Student Union (MESU) was handed over to the widow of Sah residing in Krishna Sabaran Rural Municipality in the district, MESU's Chair Er Sanjeeb Narayan Yadav said.

The organisation had also supported to the families of martyrs Sajjan Mehata, Pitambar Mandal, Inar Yadav and Birendra Mehata last year by providing Rs 25,000 each.
