New Delhi, December 11:

A ministerial and government official meeting on urban development in the Asia-Pacific region will be held here this week. Minister for Physical Planning and Works, Gopal Man Shrestha, will lead the Nepali delegation at the meeting, said the Nepal Embassy in Delhi.

According to the Embassy, director-general of the Housing Department will attend the meeting of government officials. India’s Union Housing and Urban Poverty Reduction Ministry said 500 representatives of 69 countries will attend the meeting. While the government officials’ meeting will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, ministerial-level meeting will be held on Friday and Saturday, the ministry said in a release.
