HETAUDA: Cadres of the UCPN-Maoist greeted Energy Minister Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat with black flags in Makawanpur on Thursday. Dr Mahat was on a visit to inaugurate the third Kulekhani hydropower project. According to the police, some of the policemen were injured in a clash with the Maoists.
