Hetauda, July 18

Minister of Social Development Yubraj Dulal today carried out an emergency cross-checking in four government offices of Hetauda in Province 3.

Minister Dulal cross-checked at the Education Directorate at 10:15am, Narayani Zonal Aayurved Hospital at 11:00am, Health Supply Management Centre at 11:30am and Province Health Directorate Office, Hetauda. Minister Dulal said only two office attendants and an officer were present when he reached the Province Education Directorate. Similarly, most of the staffers were not present after the staffers adjustment in the health directorate where there are 32 quotas.

Minister Dulal said one staffer in the office was absent without informing the authority concerned. Three staffers were on leave in Aayurved Hospital while all the staffers were present in Health Supply Management Centre.

Minister Dulal had made red marks in the attendance record of staffers, who did not reach the office on time during inspection of the government offices.

Meanwhile, Minister Dulal directed the staffers to reach the office on time on a regular basis. He said the cross-checking would be carried out on a regular basis and action would be taken against those staffers who did not reach office on time.
