PHIDIM: A minor died after he was drowned into a water drum at his house in Phidim, Panchthar on Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as Sampurna Baraili, 2, of Phidim. His guardians had rescued the minor and immediately taken him to Panchthar Hospital.

He died on the way to the hospital, said police.
