CHITWAN: A woman, who had been missing from her home in Bharatpur of Chitwan district since Tuesday, was found dead in a nearby jungle.

Sumitra Nepali (60) of Bharatpur Sub-Metropolitan City-6 was found dead on Wednesday in the jungle.

The cause of her death, however, has not been confirmed yet.

Police said that they assume she might have been attacked by a one-horned rhinoceros.

The incident is under investigation, informed DSP Dipak Shrestha of the Chitwan District Police Office.
