DANG: A 68-year-old man, who had gone missing for the past four days, was found dead on Thursday.

A resident of Deukhuri in the district, Bhagiram Chaudhary was grazing buffaloes on the bank of the Rapti River when he was swept away by flash floods on July 6.

His body was recovered on the bank of the same river in Khaskusma yesterday.

Relatives, local villagers and police had initiated a joint search for the elderly man since he was reported missing in the river.
