The Bhagya Nath Gupta-led faction of the MJF on Wednesday embarked on a 24-hour relay fast in Kalaiya to press for the fulfilment of its 10-point demand. The faction is demanding that regional parties be accorded constitutional recognition and the constituent assembly election be held in a proportional and inclusive manner.
