The information system has been set up so as to easily provide all types of services and information to the service recipients, shared Assistant Chief District Officer Upendra Neupane.

He said that with the setup of this system, the service recipients can easily access various information of the office including citizen charter.

It was shared that preparations are also underway to soon launch a mobile application in order to make service delivery and information system easy and effective.
