MAHOTTARI: At least seven children were injured in a monkey attack in Jaleshwor Municipality of Mahottari district.

Aalaak Jha (7) Krishna Mukhiya (8) Chandan Jha (7) Anju Kumari (8) Usha Kumari (7) Babita Kumari (12) of Jaleshwor-17 and Bikram Mahato of Jaleshwor-18 were injured in the attack.

The untamed monkey, which was first spotted in the village three days ago, is found chasing anyone travelling alone in the village.
