BHOJPUR: A man fell off a tree to death in Pathari village of Morang district on Saturday.

Dhanraj Shrestha (37) of Pathari Shanischare-9 had climbed up the tree to cut down its branches to use them for fire, police said.

Shrestha had sustained injuries after falling off in the local Pashupati community forest this morning.

Police said he breathed his last on the way to a hospital.
