KATHMANDU: A person died after a tractor hit a motorbike he was riding on, at Jhar Baura Chok in Dang district on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Keshav Paudel (25) of Ghorahi Municipality-11 in the district.

Paudel's motorbike (Ba 75 Pa 2951) was hit by the tractor (Lu 3 Ta 312) at around 5 pm yesterday.

He breathed his last during treatment at the Nepalgunj Medical College Teaching Hospital in Kohalpur, Banke.

Police have impounded the four-wheeler and arrested its driver, informed the Narayanpur Area Police Office.
