DAMAULI: A man died in a bus-motorbike collision at Mathillo Gunadi in Jamune VDC-3 of Tanahun district on Friday.

According to the District Police Office, Tanahun, the deceased has been identified as biker Gunj Bahadur BK (45) of Bharatpur Sub-Metropolitan City-9 of Chitwan.

Police said that the incident occurred when the bus (Ba 1 Pa 477) heading towards Pokhara from Kathmandu collided head-on with the two-wheeler (Na 37 Pa 6433) at around 1:15 pm today.

Critically injured BK breathed his last during the course of treatment at the Ratnahari Hospital in Damauli.

Police said that they have impounded the bus and arrested its driver for investigation.

Police said that the body has been sent to the Damauli Hospital for autopsy.
